Maker's mark of Thomas Farren, London 1730, the bullet-shaped kettle with a coat of arms in a baroque cartouche and a band of engraving around the hinged cover, on plain foot; the stand and burner with three scroll cast legs, scroll feet and a pierced apron, 34.5 cm. (13 1/2 in.) high; the coffee pot of plain tapering form with domed cover, moulded foot, 24 cm. (9 1/2 in.) high; the octofoil tray with moulded edge and feet, 36.5 cm. (14 1/2 in.) high, 4565 gr.
