Painted in the manner of the Patanazzi workshop in Urbino, the central medallion with Cupid reclining holding a torch, his elbow resting on a skull, within a cartouche of yellow, ochre and blue concentric circles surrounded by grotteschi divided by concentric circles at the well, within a simulated gadrooned rim, the footrim pierced for suspension (firing fault to central medallion, some chipping to rim, mainly on underside edge)
