Engraved map and plan, 8 hand-coloured aquatint plates, with the final advertisement leaf (light browning and spotting, plates lightly offset onto facing pages). Original boards, uncut (rebacked with modern sprinkled calf, one corner repaired with vellum). Provenance: John Grey (contemporary signature on front paste-down). FIRST EDITION. A second edition appeared in 1817 and French and German editions were published in 1818 and 1827. Abbey Travel 704; Sabin 38272; Borba de Moraes p.437.
