Of circular tapering section with rose briar and flower motifs, chased with an inscription and supported on four block and tapering panel feet, marked near rim, the base chased 'OMAR RAMSDEN ET ALWYN CARR ME FECERUNT MCMXI'

The inscription reads: 'IN OCCASIONE NUPTIARUM A:D:11J.KAL: DEC: MDCCCCXI COJURISPERITI VILLæ SEæ AMICITIæ CAUSA D:D: IPSE CONJUXQUE SUA FLOREANT ARTHURO QUAYLE JUDICIARIIS CLERICO', which translates as: On the Occasion of the marriage November 19, 1911 at his fellow lawyer's villa he gave as a present because of his friendship. May he himself and his wife prosper from Arthur Quayle Clerk to the Court
