This vase, along with two similar pomegranate decorated examples, illustrated in Peter Cannon-Brookes, Omar Ramsden 1873-1939 Centenary Exhibition of Silver, ex. cat. no. 2 and no. 3., show the influence of the French Art Nouveau movement on the silver produced during the early years of Ramsden and Carr's partnership.
