Chancery 2° (238 x 169mm). Roman type, first initial in blue, initial spaces, guide-letters. (Without final blank, d1.8 partially detached, occasional staining with loss of a few letters to c.3.) 17th-century binding using older vellum with script visible, yapp edges, title in red ink on spine (back board rubbed). Provenance: Antonius S Johannes (early owner inscription on last leaf) -- Passmore Edwards Library (partially erased library stamp on a.1 and i.4, stamp on endleaf). HC 4771 (erroneously described); BMC VI, 626; GW 6409; Goff C-338.
