The case with columns to each angle and porcelain side panels painted with harbour scenes within gilt and jewelled borders, solid rear door, the dial also painted with a harbour scene below individually painted Roman cartouche chapters, with central scene of fishing boats and retail signature T. BOXELL/BRIGHTON, blued steel hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with Brocot regulation and strike on bell, gridiron pendulum, the back plate stamped AB -- 14in. (36cm.) high
