The exterior carved in shallow relief to depict a river-landscape scene, detailed with a lone fisherman on a boat beside rocky cliffs and a homestead in the distance, raised on evenly divided tab feet, the base counter-sunk with an apocryphal six-character Chenghua reign mark (glaze frits and shallow glaze chips)
