The ivory field with offset rows of polychrome serrated concentric lozenges, an irregular aubergine, brick-red and black serrated band at each side containing similar motifs, a black and orange band of serrated leaves at each end, scattered repairs

拍品专文

The design on this kilim and the colouring of the motifs are similar to an example attributed to Sarikavak/Sivrihisar in a private collection (J.Mellaart, U. Hirsch and B. Balpinar: The Goddess from Anatolia, Milan, 1989, vol.I, p.23, fig.4). Each also lacks a formal side border while they share the same end border design.
