of three bays and two stories, painted to simulate brick and stone, the elaborate 'slate' roof with dormer windows to the pigeon loft at the sides, chimney stack at the back and monogramed shield on the front attic gable, opening in four sections to reveal coachman's living quarters with spirit painted and lacquered tinplate range and carpet, hall, staircase and interior doors to stables and coach house with turned bone tackle pegs and door knobs, side and back windows, with carrying handles circa 1870 --34½in.
