The signature AD is possibly for Albert Dammouse.
It is interesting to note that the invoice relates to a Vase à bas relief Boizot. Boizot (1743-1809), who had studied sculpture under Slodtz in Rome, was the chief sculptor at Sèvres from 1773-1800.
