The cup potted after a metalwork prototype with deep rounded sides rising from a short ribbed stem and a high spreading base to an everted rim, covered overall with a thin translucent turquoise glaze, the interior of the base unglazed, Kangxi, 4¼ in. (10.4 cm.) high; the washer in the form of a lotus leaf with a blossoming flower forming its foot, covered overall in a clear glaze, short stem crack, 17th century, 4¾ in. (12 cm.) wide (2)
