QIANLONG (1736-1795) AND KANGXI (1662-1722)
The vase potted after a Song original with ribbed spherical body and tall ribbed neck with dished mouth, covered in a semi-translucent turquoise glaze, Qianlong, 4½ in. (11.5 cm.) high; the box of circular shape with shallow domed cover, the exterior with a rich glossy dark cobalt blue glaze stopping neatly around the foot, the white-glazed base with an underglaze-blue artemesia leaf mark, Kangxi, 2 5/8 in. (6.5 cm) diam. (2)
