Per disegni simili agli intarsi del piano, si veda un altare nella Chiesa di S. Stefano a Venezia, datato 1656 e attribuito a Giovanni Ferri. Un altro disegno di ispirazione simile si trova nelle riserve del piano fiorentino del Museo della Sinagoga a Roma ed è pubblicato da A. Gonzales Palacios ne "La Coleciones Reales Espaniolas de mosaicos y piedras duras", Museo Nacional del Prado. Un riferimento alle perle tra nastri si trovano anche nel piano di Vienna, Kunsthistoriches Museum e nei piani dei tavoli conservati al Museo del Prado.
