A Lady's Trousseau or Wedding Outfit , two cards, one with embosssed and pierced paperlace, stamp marked Dobbs Kidd & Co, both with A Lady's Trousseau, one on red backing, one on purple, containing stockings, gloves, shoes, pantaloons, bonnets - 3 X 4½in. 8 X 12cm. (folded), circa 1860; and embossed and pierced paperlace card, stamp marked Meek, with central details showing The reqisite Contents of a Lady's Dressing Case/Without these Articles none can be Complete, consisting of 21 flaps, with centre being the largest with The Casket, lifting flap to reveal Virtue, others include An Excellent Wash to preserve the complexion, lifting to reveal Early Rising - 5 X 7in. 13 X 18cm.
