A Victorian tea kettle on stand with burner
in the mid 18th Century taste, the compressed moulded circular kettle engraved with a monogram and a crest and with a panelled rising curved spout, wicker-covered fixed scroll handle with shell-fluted terminals, and slightly-domed hinged cover with baluster finial, the stand pierced with arabesques, masks and flowers and on scrolling foliate and shell feet, Martin Hall & Co., London 1870 - 12¼in.
