Circa 1850, blue crossed swords mark, incised B. 136., Pressnummer 66
After an 18th century original of the service made for the Augustus III, the crown finial on a cushion with two putti bearers above cartouches with the Royal Arms, couples and hunters in shield-shaped cartouches applied to a reticulated body pierced with bands of scrolls and ovolos, the interior of the cover moulded with indianische Blumen, the tureen with Frauenkopf handles, the shoulders applied with four putti suspending floral and drapery swags between cartouches of figures before buildings, with similar pierced ornament, on four scroll feet, the interior richly gilt (some damages, losses and 'museum' restoration)
