This lot is sold with Patek Philippe boxes and a painting of this watch with the St.Agelo Castle Rome by Alfredo Luz a Portuguese artist.

This Reference number has been produced with a special dial and with a engraved case back Hausmann & Co. 1794-Roma-1994.
