with dark blonde mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and four claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads, hump and STEIFF button in ear --23½in. (60cm.) high, circa 1908 (damage to pads, one recovered, lacking stuffing in muzzle and arms, some general wear and a few small bald patches)
