A pair of Derby octagonal bowls and a Chelsea/Derby teabowl and saucer
Circa 1785 and 1775, blue crowned D marks and gilt anchor and D mark
The two octagonal bowls painted in the manner of Withers with a small sprig of flowers below a blue gilt-dash line and three flower-sprays, the border with a blue band gilt with meandering band of flowerheads within a gilt dentil rim (one with footrim chips, both with light rubbing), the teabowl and saucer painted with scattered sprigs below a band of berried laurel leaves reserved with gilt flowerheads within a gilt dentil rim (tiny chip to rim of saucer with associated cracks)
