Moulded in relief with a vignette of the death of Lieutenant Moore, the reverse with winged figures probably emblematic of fame and victory, one inscribing a memorial plaque to Moore, each on a shell-moulded cartouche above a moulded tartan pattern ground, the rim moulded with a border of thistles, roses and shamrocks, the portrait bust of Nelson quarter length, on a titled socle
