Early 19th century
Modelled as a shepherd standing before a tree with four hollow branches hosting a variety of birds, a gaping serpent appearing from above with his body snaking around the tree-trunk and the circumference of the circular base, surrounding a ram, a ewe, several lambs and a dog, the mound thickly applied with grass and brightly coloured flowerheads
