The Meissen basket circa 1750 with blue crossed swords mark, the flowers French 18th Century and with some later replacements, the ormolu 19th Century
The pierced oval basket moulded to the exterior with blue and yellow flowerheads, the interior fitted with a green tôle peinte plate issuing sixteen leafy ormolu stems with tulips, carnations, rosebuds and other stylized flowers and buds, on an oval base with ropetwist border and scroll feet
