A Berlin part tea and coffee-service
Circa 1763-65, underglaze blue sceptre marks, various Pressnummern
Painted by Johann Friedrich Schulze, with s. signatures concealed amongst the leaves of the floral decoration, painted with bouquets and sprays of purple flowers with shaded green leaves enriched with gilding within arched cartouches with foliage-moulded scrolls enriched with gilding and extending spirally downwards, the borders with gilt vertical trellis on a yellow ground, gilt line rims, comprising:

A baluster coffee-pot and cover, with frauenkopf mask terminal spout and scroll-moulded handle enriched with gilding and puce, the domed cover with flower finial
A cylindrical teacaddy and cover with curved shoulders, the cover with flower finial (slight retouching to gilding of finial and terminal)
Six teacups (one handle restored)
Four saucers (one with section broken and repaired, another with three minute rim chips)
