Modelled by Friedrich Elias Meyer, painted with bouquets of flowers within moulded rococo scroll cartouches enriched in gilding, the Frauenkopf terminal with pale-green mob-cap with puce-flowered pink ribbons

Cf. Winfried Baer, Ilse Baer and Suzanne Grosskopf-Knaack, op. cit. (Berlin 1986), p. 240, Kat.P151 for a similar cane-handle. This lot was most probably executed by Gotzkowsky's factory. In the inventory of the Königlichen Porcelain-Fabrique of 31st August 1763, 9 Stock Hacken mit Frauen Gesichten, Figuren und Blumen auch staffirten Zierathen are listed.
