160 Ashley Gardens, Westminster, London was the home address of Lord Goodman. According to the vendor, John Lennon and Paul McCartney sought Lord Goodman's advice on a legal matter circa 1963 and, on the occasion of their visit to his home, Goodman asked them to sign this piece of notepaper.
