a simple russet iron helmet of rectangular plates joined by mail, simple copper fitting in the top of the bowl, lined with red hemp cloth showing between the mail and blue to the interior; and a simple black-lacquered defence for the front of the head and cheeks in four pieces hinged at the side, on the front a gold lacquered mon, on either side two hinged plates, one hinge repaired, protecting the side of the face, with a short mail hood and a simple russet iron helmet of rectangular plates joined by mail, simple copper fitting in the top of the bowl, lined with red hemp cloth showing between the mail and blue to the interior.
