An Amish quilt composed of various fabrics arranged in sixteen blocks of black wool intersecting at pink squares, filled with concentric diamonds in black and triangular patches of many colours, bound in pink cotton sateen and reversing to the same, quilted to follow the pattern--75in. square, early 20th century; and another quilt of printed cottons incorporating many traditional designs including the Double Star, Album Patch, Tree of Paradise, Lily, Cleveland Tulip and House, quilted to follow the pattern--75in x 94in., 2nd half of 19th century (2)
