Harold Challinor-James was the League of Nations Diplomatic Correspondent of Associated Newspapers and the Daily Mail in Geneva in the 1920's -- 30's. He had been a friend of Churchill's for many years, and the present photograph of himself and Churchill was taken when the latter arrived in Geneva after World War II.
