A suite of George III seat furniture originally made for Cobham Hall, Kent and attibuted to Mayhew and Ince, with similar fluted legs with distinctive collar and floarl capping, and similar fluted frieze, although with a husk swag cresting, sold Christie's King Street ? November 1992, Lot 104-5 and a suite of furniture also attributed to Mayhew and Ince, and with simpler foliate cresting, in the saloon at Chirk Caslte, Denbighshire.
