A Cantonese ivory rectangular box and hinged cover carved to the top with a central cartouche of numerous figures on terraces surrounding a central monogram carved with a lion, with floral cartouches four corners, consisting of six rectangular mother of pearl gaming counters and eight circular counters carved with numerous figures before buildings surrounding a crest of a lion and another monogram -- the box 3¾in wide.
