A rosewood and marquetry work table inlaid overall with scrolling foliage, the serpentine hinged top with central cartouche of a chinoiserie scene, enclosing a fitted interior and well, on four scroll uprights and reeded baluster shaft, with three splayed legs, mid 19th century, probably German, - 20in. (51cm.) wide, 17in. (43cm.) deep, 29½in. (75cm.) high.
