The Dennis House, a painted wooden dolls' house of four bays and two storeys with side windows, opening at front to reveal four rooms with hall and landing, furniture including soft metal screen, plant stand and hanging lamp, a rare printed paper-on-wood kitchen with hanging shelves, cherry and satinwood pieces, the drawing room with scrap decorated white furniture edged with gilded paper upholstered in blue, a rare and fine soft metal fireplace, gilt metal pictures, mirrors, candlestick and a clock, tinplate pram, two miniature American advertising fanshape cards from Boston, three bisque-headed dolls' house people, five all-bisque children and an all-bisque black doll modelled as a negro - 42½.in. wide, 35in. high, 23in. deep, possibly American, with hanging horseshoe inscribed 2 February 1880
