The tassle-carved crestrail and outscrolled arms terminating in eagles' heads on turned baluster supports and pierced and carved vasi-form splats, above a needlepoint covered drop-in seat, on a gadroon-carved seatrail and a central C-scroll and acanthus-carved cabriole legs ending in claw-and-ball feet, bearing brass plaque on back of crestrail HIS MAJESTY KING EDWARD VII/SAT ON THIS CHAIR FOR A/CONSIDERABLE TIME ON/FEB. 8TH 1910, AT THE SHOP OF/MR.
