The recumbent figure of the ox is naturalistically modelled with large eyes and a pair of curved horns, with its head turned back and its long tail flicked towards the front, the original stand carved raised on four cabriole legs; the period waisted hardwood stand finely carved with ruyi motifs, raised on four cabriole legs (age cracks repaired)
