London, 1577, mark indistinct, possibly a stag's head for Robert Taylboyes (Jackson rev.ed., p.93, line 5)
Baluster form, on spreading circular foot, embossed with fruits and flowers, with stylized foliage border, the neck mount and hinged domed cover with conforming decoration, stylized strapwork and masks, with seated putti finial and shell and mask thumbpiece, marked under base, on neck and cover
