Larry E. Daley was a member of the Teamsters Union from 1955-1974. He was the Recording Secretary and Office Manager of the Local 445 when he met Kennedy in 1956 (during the Hoffa Senate Hearings) and again in 1961 (for a Labor Leaders meeting); the photo was signed in 1962.
