Note: A design showing King's head in oval at left and arms in oval at right, mounted on card lettered "A" and dated 28th June 1922 was originally submitted but this was replaced by the essay lettered "B". Final approval for the design based on "B" was given on 11th October for printing letterpress in two colours.
