A COALPORT FLARED JARDINIERE AND STAND with richly gilt roaring lion's mask handles, painted in the studio of Thomas Baxter with a frieze of garden flowers between bands of gilt berried foliage, the rims gilt, the stand supported on three gilt paw feet (slight restoration to two feet, some very minor rubbing to gilding), circa 1810
