A SPA COUNTER-BOX decorated en grisaille on a yellow ground, the hinged domed lid inscribed LA PLACE DE SPA ET LA FONTAINE DU POUHON, with courtly figures enclosing a fitted silk-lined interior with four further decorated boxes inscribed respectively LA SAUVENIERE, LE TONNELET, LA GERONSTERE, LE WATROZ, the sides similarly decorated with rustic landscapes, mid 18th Century, restorations and with later dividers
