A PAIR OF BOW FIGURES OF A SPORTSMAN AND COMPANION, he standing before rockwork with a gun and a hound at his feet, wearing black hat, green-lined pale-pink jacket with blue collar, flowered waistcoat and pale-yellow breeches, his companion standing before a tree-stump with a bird perched on her raised left hand and holding stick in her right hand, a recumbent hound at her feet, wearing a yellow-lined pale-pink jacket with blue collar and cuffs, her white bodice with turquoise bows and a flowered skirt, on circular bases applied with flowers (she with restoration to left wrist and part of stick lacking, he with restoration to hat, right arm, left foot, gun and hound's head and chip to corner his jacket, both with minor chips to extremities), circa 1756
