A COALPORT CRESTED GREEN-GROUND PART DESSERT-SERVICE, painted in iron-red and gilt with a similar crest to the preceding lot, above the motto CONSTANTIA ET VIGILANTIA on a ribbon cartouche, the spinach-green borders reserved and painted with loose bouquets within shaped oval gilt scroll cartouches flanked by gilt flowering foliage, within shaped white and gilt milled rims, comprising: Two campana-shaped two-handled ice-pails, covers and liners, the entwined gilt branch handles with fruiting-vine terminals (one detached from the base) Two campana-shaped two-handled sauce-tureens and covers (slight chips to finials) A circular centre-dish with pierced border (lacks base) Four shaped oval two-handled dishes (one riveted) Four shell-shaped dishes (two riveted) Four shaped square dishes (one with slight chip to rim) Twenty-nine plates (one with haircrack, two with small chips to underside of the rim) (some slight rubbing to gilding), circa 1820
