Teniers tapestries were first woven at Beauvais under the directorship of Philip Béhagle (1684-1704) and his son Jean-Baptiste Béhagle (1704-1711). Another example of this tapestry is illustrated H. C. Marillier, Handbook to the Teniers Tapestries, London, 1932, plate 66 (a).
