Vase-shaped and on square base with four leaf-capped lion's paw feet, the partly-fluted body with two reeded bracket handles with lion's mask terminals, the partly-fluted domed cover with detachable spirally-fluted bud finial, with bird's mask spigot and part-wood tap, the body and cover each engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked on base, cover and finial
