Circa 1820, inscribed American Herb Christopher in red
The centre painted with the named specimen plant, within a C-scroll and flower-wreath moulded border with five specimen flowers and a fruit, within a gilt dentil rim (minute rubbing to enamel to tip of plant and very slight rubbing to gilt rim)
