woodcut, 1516, a good, clear Meder IIIa impression, after text, watermark Double Eagle with Flower (M. 222), with small margins, the gaps in the border touched in with pen and black ink, a short split in the right wing of the angel in the upper part of the frame at the right, an old, central drying fold, mainly visible on the reverse, a short printer's crease below St. John's robe, some pale foxing, otherwise generally in good condition, L. 275 x 224mm.; and Calvary with the Three Crosses (B. 59), a fair Meder II impression (2)
