A RARE AND IMPRESSIVE PIERCED IMARI GARNITURE
Late 17th/18th Century
Decorated in iron-red and gilt on underglaze blue with lobed panels of pavilions in an island landscape above panels of pavilions among maples, divided by panels of pierced shippo, the covers similarly decorated with large pierced knop finials, the trumpets with similar decoration (slight restoration to reticulation on two vases and one finial).
