The centre painted in blue and outlined in manganese with two baskets of flowers flanked by shells and scrolling foliage, the shaped border similarly decorated with alternating baskets, shells and foliage pendant from a shaped border of C-scrolls (two areas of rim repaired and with associated cracks)
