Heavily gilt in slight relief, the painting attributed to Johann George Loehnig in hues of grey with a central medallion surrounded by a laurel wreath and ribbons, one depicting the portrait bust of Frederick II, king of Prussia, surrounded by the text FREDERIC II ROI DE PRUSSE, and one with the Emperor Joseph II, surrounded by the text IOSEPHUS II CEASAR AVG, the domed covers decorated en suite depicting a crown and staff resting on a cloud, with gilt faux bronze upright laurel wreath finial with tied ribbon, the edges with a band of continuous dotted rings between lines, with à l'antique geometrical handles (2)
