An extensive Pirkenhammer Bohemian gilt monogrammed dinner service
Early 20th Century, with green printed marks for the Fischer & Mieg factory
Gilt with a crowned interlaced LV, the border with pendentifs, comprising: an oval quadrupod two-handled tureen and cover, with shell scroll handles and feet, moulded in relief, 36cm. wide; an urn-shaped two-handled pedestal tureen and cover, 31cm. wide; a pair of small tureens, covers and stands en suite to the preceding, 18cm. wide; three spoons; a two-handled double-lipped sauceboat on fixed stand; a bulging small teapot and cover; a baluster hot milkjug and cover; a baluster milkjug; two small cream jugs in sizes; six egg cups on fixed stand; eleven hexagonal mocca cups and thirteen saucers; thirteen large coffee cups and fourteen saucers; twelve tapering cups and saucers; three large oblong dishes in sizes; three low pedestal coupes; forty seven dishes; two large circular dishes in sizes; twenty two dessert dishes; twelve soup dishes; a navette-shaped side dish, six late associated deep dishes with gilt wavy rim
